前言
自从去年甲骨文开放免费ARM服务器后，大家对带宽仅50M的AMD免费服务器热情明显下降。今年甲骨文又放大招，一声不吭地把春川和迪拜AMD带宽一下提到500M，并且目前全区域都在逐渐放开！
ARM虽然配置高，但除了做代理基本上都吃灰，AMD带宽的提升无疑让甲骨文又一次火爆起来。
